Perspectives on Terrorism from the Academy and the Field
This is event features a panel of experts from academia and the government will discuss terrorism, counterterrorism and whether current efforts are working. Panelists include Dr. Sebastian Gorka, the Major General Matthew C. Horner Distinguished Chair of Military Theory at the Marine Corps University, and Adrianne George, the National Counterterrorism Center’s Domestic Representative in Miami, among others.

Featuring Terry McMillan
The UCF Book Festival is an annual literary event held in the spring at the University of Central Florida. The purpose of the UCF Book Festival is to bring a literary cultural experience to the Central Florida community from infants to seniors by fueling interest and engagement in reading and literature, and showcasing accomplished and emerging authors. The Festival features internationally recognized authors and illustrators, book signings and sales, exhibitors, cooking demonstrations, book appraisals, and literary activities for all ages
