European Studies Fellowship
The Global Perspectives Office, the European Studies Program, the Political Science Department and the Global Connections Foundation will provide an opportunity for an outstanding UCF student, undergraduate (at least junior level) or graduate, to serve as a European Studies Fellow.
The selected student will work on a research project related to European studies, under the direction of Global Perspectives Office staff and scholars, with the aim of producing a final paper that is worthy of publication. In addition, European Studies Fellows will contribute to the activities of the Global Perspectives Office and affiliated programs.
The weekly time commitment is approximately ten hours. European Studies Fellows will receive $500.00 for the semester. Students aspiring to become European Studies Fellows should have a minimum GPA of 3.5. A board of reviewers drawn from UCF and the community will evaluate applications and make selections. A one-page cover letter, a 5-10 page writing sample, an unofficial transcript and a resume with two listed references are required.
Fellowship Award: $500.00
