Biography

Gianfranco Alberto Machado-Lopez is the Fall 2022 Puerto Rico Research Hub Intern for the Office of Global Perspectives and International Initiatives. He is a Senior at COS pursuing an undergraduate degree in Political Science. Machado-Lopez is a member of The Club of National Security-Intelligence and an ICCAE participant. His research interests include IR, Political Theory, and Cultural Expression. Upon graduation, he plans on getting a master’s or working for a Federal Agency. A student of Spanish, English, and some French Machado has traveled to San Juan, London, and Paris.
