Biography

Myli Sangria is the Spring 2023 Special Projects Intern for the Office of Global Perspectives and International Initiatives. She is a sophomore at UCF pursuing an undergraduate degree in English Literature and Political Science (International Relations and Comparative Politics Track). Sangria is involved on campus as an officer of the Translation Society, and her research interests include the politics of memory, the Middle East and genocide recovery. Working with NGOs in northern Iraq and a student of Arabic and Kurdish, Sangria is broadening her international law and development knowledge to become a foreign correspondent.
