Joseph Pruitt is the Spring 2020 Lawrence J. Chastang Global Fellow for the Office of Global Perspectives and International Initiatives. He is a Senior at the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Pruitt is a member of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society and a research assistant for the Institute of Simulation and Training RAPID Lab. His research interests include global economy, environmental change, and virtual reality. Upon graduation, he plans on pursuing graduate studies in Psychology. A student of Korean and Spanish, Pruitt has traveled to Canada, Mexico, and throughout the Caribbean.
