Magan Taylor Halverson is the Spring 2020 Francis Bok Human Trafficking Awareness Fellow in the Office of Global Perspectives and International Initiatives. She is a Senior at the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Halverson is a member of the U-LEAD INSPIRE Women’s Leadership Program and the Burnett Honors College. Her research interests include establishing a thorough measurement of motivation, the role of psychology in social and cultural crisis’, and global peace and security. Upon graduation, she plans on pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology. A student of English and Spanish, Halverson has studied abroad in Peru, traveled to Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Thailand, South Africa, and throughout the United States and Europe.
