Suicide of Student Elicits Protests

Students across India protested caste discrimination this past week, which they believe led to the suicide of a doctoral student, Rohith Vemula (Associated Press). Protestors are accusing Hyderabad University officials and federal ministers for unfairly demanding punishment for Vemula and his four friends.
