Danielle Markley

Intern

Danielle Markley an intern for the Global Perspectives Office. She is currently a senior at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Political Science – International Relations/Comparative Politics track.  Her research interests include Russian politics, Japanese politics, terrorism and Italian history.  Upon graduation, she plans to pursue graduate degrees in international relations and Russian language.  Markley is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.  She has traveled throughout Italy.

Laura Stockbridge

Laura Stockbridge is an intern for the Global Perspectives Office. She is currently a senior at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Business Economics – International track – with a minor in Mathematics.  Stockbridge currently serves as Director of Publications for the Burnett Honors College Economics Club.  She has also received the International Business Scholarship to study abroad for a year in Tilburg, Netherlands.  Her research interests include the economic growth of developing nations; specifically those formerly part of the Soviet Union.  Upon graduation, she plans to pursue graduate degrees in international economics and development economics.  Stockbridge speaks French and has traveled to France, Netherlands, Mexico and Canada.
