UCF Global Perspectives and International Initiatives and the Office of Diplomatic Fellowships at Howard University are excited to bring you this information session on diplomatic fellowships programs. Join us to learn more about these opportunities:

The Rangel and Pickering Fellowships are U.S. Department of State programs that support individuals interested in careers of international service. They provide support over a two-year program to fund graduate school and two internships as well as providing mentorship and professional development assistance. They are open to seniors and alums of any major, and from a full range of backgrounds, including political science, communications, sociology, business, and economics.

The Payne Fellowship is a U.S. Agency for International Development program that supports individuals interested in careers in international development. It provides support over a two-year program to fund graduate school and two internships, as well as providing mentorship and professional development assistance. It is open to seniors and alums of any major, and from a full range of backgrounds, including political science, economics, engineering, earth sciences, health communications, sociology, business, and economics.

The Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program is a six-week U.S. Department of State summer program in Washington DC that helps students learn about and prepare for careers in international affairs. The program offers a stipend and funds transportation to DC, tuition for two classes, housing, and meals.
