Biography

Pedro Armona is the Fall 2024 Special Projects Intern for the Office of Global Perspectives and International Initiatives. He is a senior at the University of Central Florida pursuing an undergraduate degree in political science. Armona is a member of the Intelligence Community Centers for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) and the Burnett Honors College. His research interests include the U.S. Intelligence Community, national security threats, and the Middle East. Upon graduation, he plans on working as an all-source intelligence analyst or counterintelligence specialist at a government agency. A student of English and learning Arabic, Armona has traveled to the Bahamas.
